To ensure my understanding, do the circled numbers ("easter eggs") mean that one of the digits in the four surrounding cells is equal to the circled digits. For example, the 25 circle in the bottom left corner, does that imply there is a 2 and a 5 in the four surrounding cells?

ich habs ja verstanden, es muss nicht explizit angegeben werden, es gibt nur 1 Möglichkeit die Bedingungen für den circle zu erfüllen. Schönes Rätsel !

The number on the arrow can be repeated, but the combination of the same arrow circle is different. For example, the arrow circle is 8, there may be 6+1+1, 5+1+2, 4+1+3, 4+2+2, 3+3+2, 5 combinations on the arrow, but the combination cannot be repeated.

die Regeln sind ziemlich unklar
a) dürfen sich Ziffern auf den Arrows wiederholen?
b) heisst different compositions, dass sich keine Kombination wiederholen darf zb 2 - 3 -4 bzw. 4 -3-2 ist nicht erlaubt?
