Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in its circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow.

Standard anti-knight rules apply.
Cells separated by a chess knight's move cannot contain the same digit.

NIce two-part puzzle, with some fun arrow logic and some quite interesting and surprising knight's move logic.
