R.E.M. - oh no I set too much
(Published on 30. March 2021, 02:00 by The Edel man)
Normal sudoku rules apply. Normal kropki rules apply. All kropki dots are given in the 3x3 boxes in the corner of the grid (ie the shaded areas), but not all dots are given elsewhere. Within each 3x3 box, the four corner cells must sum to a number containing a 3 - see below for example. The solver will need to work out the sum of the corner cells within each 3x3 box.
This is the first puzzle I've ever created, so would love some constructive feedback.
f-puzzles link - Note: this won't have the negative constraint or the corner cell restrictions
Solution code: Row 4 then column 4

One small question, what does R.E.M. stand for?
Setter answer: Inspiration for this is from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Losing_My_Religion
If you read the lyrics, you'll understand the title. You'll also see that's 3 in the corner.

Now the code works. The puzzle was fun! I just replayed it and found some more interesting logic. The constraints all work nicely together and there is a good solution path. Thank you Edel man!
