Sudoku with Dutch Snake
(Published on 29. March 2021, 19:50 by Genomico)
Rules: Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 block. Also locate a snake (a 1-cell wide path) that connects the grey circles. The snake wriggles horizontally and vertically and never touches itself, not even diagonally. All white circles must be part of the snake. Along the path, the snake must pass straight through any cell with an odd number and make a 90-degree turn in any cell with an even number.
The puzzle is also available on
Penpa.
Enjoy solving :)
Solution code: Column 8 and row 8.

Fun and easy puzzle! If you're new to non-touching snakes, you should definitely try this one. :-)

That was great! Very straight forward (odds). Never felt cornered (evens) with no where to turn. :-) On to the next Genomico puzzle!

Fantastic solution path; it felt like I was jumping back and forth between a sudoku and a build-your-own-Masyu.
