● Grey lines are palindromes. (they must read the same from both ends)
● Grey rings are PALINDROMIC RINGS. (they must read the same clockwise and anticlockwise, from ANY given point in the ring)

Well now it's my turn to say that your puzzle is so much better than mine haha. Beautiful logical chain all the way through -- something I gravely lack -- and finish, and all this on a very fun canvas, kudos!

I still haven't manage you puzzle (ID:0005S8)... I still own you this, but I didn't give up yet... also, it would be really cool to see the 'pilot' that led to this awesome variation!

Haha, don't worry about it, I let puzzles simmer in my head all the time myself XD
About the pilot, I had uploaded it on the site but it had only one solve after two days, so I figured between being too confusing for beginners and too simple for seasoned solvers, it had no audience and I deactivated it. Here's the links if you want to check it out:
