Sandwich-Sudoku mit Average Arrows

Standard Sudoku Rules are in effect.
Clues outside the grid give the sum of all digits positioned between 1 and 9 in the given row or column.
Digits along arrows average exactly to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow. If more than one arrow emerges from the same circle, each arrow’s average is figured separately.
