XY-Differences and -Sums

(Published on 30. April 2021, 06:00 by glum_hippo)

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

The diamonds can represent XY-Differences OR XY-Sums.

If there's a diamond between two vertically adjacent cells, then either the absolute value of their difference or their sum is the same as the topmost digit in that column.

If there's a diamond between two horizontally adjacent cells, then either the absolute value of their difference or their sum is the same as the leftmost digit in that row.

Take note! A negative constraint does apply. If no symbol is given, then neither the sum NOR the difference corresponds to the first cell.

Schöner Einstieg in das Rätsel, starkes Gewicht des "negative constraint"

Very enjoyable. I especially liked that fact that often the most important diamond, wasn't a diamond.
