Normal sudoku rules apply.
Two cells that are orthogonally adjacent cannot sum up to an even number.
The orange area is a lawless zone. Any sum of two cells that involves an orange cell does not need to follow the anti-parity rule.
Additionally, 9s are outlaws. Any cell containing a 9 automatically becomes orange.
Two straight lines of the same color need to add up to the same number.
Additionally, a digit is not allowed to appear more than three times in cells that are crossed by at least one of two straight lines of the same color.
Solution code: Row 4 followed by Column 4

Motivated German speakers are welcome to translate the rule set so that I can edit it for German solvers.
I hope you enjoy the puzzle!
