Normal sudoku rules apply.
There are 4 pairs of grey 2x2 regions in the puzzle ("clone regions"). Each pair of clone regions is marked with a shape to distinguish from the others. A pair of clone regions must contain the same digits in the same order and orientation. No rotation is allowed.
The digits in the "pill" form a 3-digit number equal to the sum of all the digits in cages.
Digits along each arrow sum to the digit in the connected circle.
Digits along each colored line form palindromes (i.e. they read the same in either direction).

A hint that may barely make things easier, if at all (highlight to see): the title of the puzzle is very intentional
A more substantial hint (highlight to see): at the start, you can use SET to discover some meaningful information
Solution code: 18 digit code: row 4 then column 7
