AntiKnight Thermo Killer Sudoku

Ordinary Sudoku rules apply.
There is an anti-knight condition. No two squares that are a knight's move away from each other can contain the same digit.
There are five thermometers marked. On the thermometers, the numbers must be strictly increasing from the bulb.
There are four killer cages marked. Numbers may not repeat within these cages, and the marked number in the cage is the sum of the cells.
