Kropki Pairs (Barbed Wire)

After messing up my kropki series, I felt that I had to make a new hard kropki to redeem myself and replace the original hard puzzle that I messed up. I am pleased with this result and hopefully you will enjoy this puzzle.
All normal sudoku rules apply. Additionally, cells separated by a white dot have a difference of 1, and cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2. Not all possible dots are given.
