Also puzzle world sleeps through digitization completely!
The succession of shocking revelations about missed digitization opportunities just won't stop. Right now the world is showing itself shocked about the almost stone-age status of important puzzle types. Case in point is the chatroom type of puzzle.
For this an expert: "It is hardly to be believed, to which extent with this puzzle type the time seems to have stopped. Here, as decades ago, only two participants of different colors are connected via a communication point. This is a procedure that in no way takes into account modern video conferences with several participants (among whom, of course, both colors must also be represented in each conference). In addition, it is not yet possible for a participant to take part in several conferences at the same time, which can hardly be reconciled with the reality of life today."
Of course, an expert commission was immediately appointed to make the puzzle type accessible to modern requirements. This is the proposal that was presented with an example after days of closed-door meetings:
As can be seen, each contact point can also connect more than two participants. For some contact points the number of participants is noted, for others it has to be found out. Participants may be connected to multiple contact points, but not multiple times to the same one. And as usual, all cells are used, and numbers (where specified) indicate the total number of corners from a subscriber to the connected communication points.
Based on the following puzzle, the inclined readers can see for themselves whether the puzzle type has finally arrived in the present with these modifications.
Solution code: The number of vertical connections running between two rows, from top to bottom.

Super! Selbst wenn man die entscheidende Idee hat, ist es immer noch schön knifflig!
