Normal Sudoku rules apply
Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) must not contain the same digit
Digits in caged areas add up to the number in the upper left corner. And digits can not repeat in cages.

@Aaronomys, thank you for noticing. Perfectly symmetrical placement is sometimes difficult to achieve.
