❷ Thermo: Digits along thermometers must strictly increase starting from the bulb
❸ Odd-Even: Grey circles are odd, grey squares are even
Though thermo bulbs are also grey circles, they can be even or odd.

Please do not bifurcate! It leads to a much faster solve, but you'd bypass all the juicy logic.

I found this one to be harder than it looked! Really enjoyable solve from start to finish.
