Ok so it turns out when I originally created this puzzle, the intended solution path was built on a logical flaw. However miraculously some people still solved it. Turns out, there was a solution path to this puzzle that not only works, but is fun to play as well, but was more difficult than what I intended. So when you are solving this, make sure you don't reach the right answer via the wrong method, like I did when I made this puzzle.
All normal sudoku rules apply. Additionally, cells separated by a white dot have a difference of 1, and cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2. Not all possible dots are given.

I didn't find this one easy - I found the other one rather hard. And I did okay with this one thanks to a certain method, which is often featured by Simon on CTC.

@henrypijames that is interesting, I don’t think this is too much harder than the first (was debating between 3 and 4 stars), but it really depends on your familiarity with the logic needed for the opening. And based on the lower number of solves I suspect people in general find this one more difficult.

I don't find this one harder than #1.

@StefanSch my apologies, I was not aware of this fact. I have now changed the name to be more accurate.
