Normal Sudoku rules apply. On top of that:
- Digits along the long arrow in the grid must sum to the digit that you can read in the pill (row 1 column 1,2,3).
- The grey line is a palindrome, it reads the same from both directions.
- In cages, digits must sum to the small clue given in the top-left of the cage. The digits within the cage must be different.
- Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end.
- The black dots mean that the ratio of the two connected cells is 2.
- The white dots mean that the difference of the two connected cells is 1.
