Because I've realized how old I am and you might not remember the army ants of Bee Maya: Here's the inspiration of this puzzle design:

@Ryx: Thanks for the lovely feedback. I was also astonished by the big whitespace possible with the "anty-knight" rule.

I like the use of multiple rules, but have never seen them so tightly packed.
Nice job!

Oh wow, I totally misunderstood the whole logic between all the rules in the box 5. This was incredibly fun and exciting puzzle all the way to the end. Thank you very much!

I don't quite understand the central box. Are the two arrows within central box (r4c5, r4c4, r5c4 and r6c5, r6c4, r5c4) supposed to add to the pill each? Or only to the ladder cell (r5c5)? Otherwise I might have done the puzzle wrong from the start, but I just can't get the central box to add up.
olima: The two-digit-pill in r5c45 (read from left to right) has four arrows, each summing up three cells to the same total indicated in the pill. Feel free to ask again, if it's not clear yet.

That "Anty-Knight" rule sure is powerful! =D This is a very nice puzzle! The design is awesome and it comes together really nicely.
