Daredevil (clone + thermo sudoku)

RULES:
- The two red Ds are clones, so the digits on them have to be identical.
- Digits on a thermometer (billy club) have to increase as they move away from the bulb.
- Each letter represents a unique digit that needs to be put in its cell.
(The line connecting the thermometers is just for aesthetics.)

Fair warning: Don't be fooled by the easier beginning, it gets harder later, hence the 5/5.
There is however quite a few nice logical steps to find on your way to the final solution, and you don't need to bifurcate to get there.

I actually want to be a true daredevil for once so I try and oh man... the theme really fits this puzzle. Took me just more than 100 mins and it drove me insane. I couldn't even count how many times I said "how can this cell be helpful?" because it kept getting hard till the end.
Still I enjoy the ride and if anyone asking, this one really deserves 5 stars and I recommend preparing yourself before trying this one (also it can be solved just with logics and coloring is crucial).

Why is there a line in the grid connecting R1C1 & R2C9 ?
@Aspartagcus.It would be better to mention in the rules that the line is insignificant for the benefit of people who have no idea of what a "Daredevil's billy club is" (like me)
