A Disjointed Killer

RULES:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. Killer Cages - digits within a cage add up to the small number inside the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
3. Disjoint Sets - Cells in the same position relative to their 3x3 boxes (i.e. r1c1 and r4c4) cannot contain identical digits.
4. The inequality sign between two cells indicates which cell contains the lower/higher digit.
Solution code: Row 2 and Column 7, no spaces or punctuation (eg. 123456789123456789)
