Double diagonal kropki

Normal sudoku rules applies.
For any given 2x2 area the following is true:
If there is a white dot in the center then both diagonals are consecutive.
If there is a black dot in the center then both diagonals have a ratio of 1:2.
If there is a grey dot in the center then one diagonal is consecutive and the other have a ratio of 1:2.
There is a negative constraint but not necessary for solving the puzzle.
