Shy Magic Square Sudoku

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- The blue box must form a magic square (ie every row/column/main diagonal in the blue square must sum to the same number).
- In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the iop left corner of the cage (if there is a clue). Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
- r7c1 is even.
