Supercharged!

It's a supercharged world, and Tesla EVs will provide everything we need to solve this sudoku.
The letters used are coded to the digits 1 to 9.
But there are so many letters, two letters map to each digit.
Decode the puzzle and solve the sudoku.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Cages sum to the derived number and do not have repeat digits in them.
Sandwich clues give the sum between one and nine on the row or column (once decoded).
Solve on f-puzzles
Solution code: The solution code is the letters in alphabetic order, with their matched digit after (eg A1B2C3...).

Es wäre anzuraten, die Sandwich Clues zu erläutern, dass dabei keine Rechenoperation erforderlich ist
-- I don't agree this is unclear. When it says S*10 then I assume you know this means it will be 10, 20, or 30. Now, when you see ET does that include a + sign? If not, how do you normally read 2 digit numbers?

With so many coded, I really could use a chart of what alphabet has been used. It's a little bit easy to overlook some alphabet.

Fun puzzle. Solution code is a bit of a pain though.

Are the clues outside the grid sandwich clues? Or do we have to figure that out ourselves?
