Ants (Kropki dots) have doubling quality. (No negative constraint.)
Termite mound (2-digit pill) contains the 2-digit sum of all the anthills.
Normal Sudoku rules apply

Very nice idea and a very clever implementation. Thanks! The grid also reminds a garden with 4-leaf, 3-leaf and 2-leaf plants :)
