This puzzle is themed on today. Today is Ataturk Memorial Day, also celebrated as Youth and Sport Festival, which is a national holiday in Turkey. Ataturk is one of the greatest leaders of the 20th century and the founder of modern Turkey. Therefore, this puzzle contains Ataturk's birth and death dates.

Rules:
1) Standard Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell of the grid. Rows, columns or boldly outlined 3x3 boxes may have not repeated digits in them.
2) Mystery Sandwich Sudoku rules apply:
Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits between two digits in the corresponding row or column.
These two digits are the same for all clues.
3) Inequality signs point to the cell containing the lower digit.
