Normal sudoku rules apply. In addition, the orthogonal neighbors of each red cell sum to X. The value of X is for you to determine. Not all possible red cells are necessarily shaded. Circled two-digit numbers (reading left-to-right or top-to-bottom) give the sum of the digits along the corresponding arrow.
