Hello! This is my second puzzle here on LMD. I spent a very long time working out the logical path for this puzzle, so hopefully you enjoy solving it. Feedback is always appreciated!
Rules:
Each row and column must contain all of the digits from 1 to 9. The pink and lavender coloring in the grid is purely cosmetic.
Digits on thermometers must strictly increase from the bulb end.
The only time two consecutive digits can be touching (orthogonally or diagonally) is when one of them is a given red digit. This does not necessarily mean that every given red digit must touch a consecutive number, it just means they could. Cells separated by a gap in the grid do not count as touching.
The six arrows outside the grid mark diagonal lines which are not allowed to contain a 1. For clarity's sake, the arrow in the bottom left corner marks a diagonal that's 12 cells long.
Hint (must highlight to read): It may be very helpful to look for swordfish and jellyfish on small digits.Solution code: Row 1 followed by row 13, no spaces.

Revised to change some of the givens in the puzzle. Now the break-in should be slightly harder, but the mid-solve should be slightly easier. I also made the instructions more specific and reworded the hint.

I am surprised that I'm still the only solver.
