Sudoku Variants Series (307) - Sum Snake Sudoku

(Published on 10. February 2021, 00:00 by Richard)

For this Sudoku Variants ProjectI have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every week. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

Sum Snake Sudoku
Apply classic sudoku rules.
Draw a snake in the grid that starts and ends in the cells with the circles. The snake wriggles horizontally and vertically and never touches itself, not even diagonally. Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits that are part of the snake in the respective row or column.

Solve online in F-Puzzles (thx kuzmoyev!)

The first puzzle of this wednesday..... that ended with not less than 16 new sudoku puzzles in one day...... very very clever way to get more and more flood.... and also the best way to see a puzzle drowned in less than three days.... very sad day !

thanks. Nice one but before I caught this snake, a few others must have escaped the cage.

My favorite is the Snake Egg Sum series by Quarterthru, and doing them has prepared me well for this.

Absolutely loved this one! Perhaps even one of my favorite types of the series. And as always, also a beautiful construction :)
