Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits separated by an X sum to 10, and those separated by a V sum to 5. There is no negative constraint.
The cells with squares each contain a different digit. The same goes for circles and diamonds. The two-digit sum of all of the cells enclosed by a particular shape is recorded in the pill shaped regions at the top left of boxes 1, 2, and 3.

I tested this puzzle for Zetamath and liked it a lot. It's not difficult, but the logic is surprising and makes it very much worth the time
