Standard Sudoku rules are in effect. That is, no repeats in row, column, nor 3x3 box. Killer cages may not contain repeat digits, and their contents sum to the indicated value, if shown.
Diamonds represent "XY-differences":
Black diamonds (between pairs of cages) indicate that the two neighboring CAGE SUMS have a difference equal to the digit in the leftmost (or topmost) digit in the row (or column) in which the diamond is located. Not all black diamonds are necessarily given.
White diamonds indicate that the two neighboring CELLS have a difference equal to the digit in the leftmost (or topmost) digit in the row (or column) in which the diamond is located. Within any single cage, all white diamonds are shown (i.e., negative constraint applies, but not outside cages nor between cells in different cages).

Note that there are two given cage sums. They are easy to overlook.
Solution code: Row 5, then column 8 (18 digits total)

Thanks for working on this, dumediat and Myxo. Certainly a deep cut, which I've always been quite proud of. The rule set is a bit circuitous but, I hope, justified.

Very nice! Smooth solve path, which I found easier than the 5 star difficulty rating suggests.
[Reply] I am probably biased, but I think switching between the constraints is harder than understanding the logic. Thanks for solving and for your comment, Mark!

Zuerst hab ich lange nicht gewusst, wie hier der Anfang ist. Aber dann zeigte er sich und danach war es wieder ein Genuss, dem Pfad der Lösung zu folgen.

Really enjoyed this puzzle! Narrow but clear logical path too. Thanks.
