Normal Sudoku rules apply
The digits in two cells connected by a black dot have a ratio of 2:1
The digits in two cells connected by a white dot have a difference of 1
Not all black and white dots are given
For red and blue dots the left cell contains the higher digit. For red dots the difference is even, for blue dots the difference is odd. All red and blue dots are given.
