Modular Killer

(Published on 30. January 2021, 00:00 by TotallyNormalCat)

Trying something new this time, let me know if you think this version of cages is interesting.

Rules:

  • Normal sudoku rules apply.
  • Normal arrow rules apply: numbers along an arrow must sum to the number shown in the circled cells.
  • Mod-ified killer cage rules apply: numbers in cages must not repeat. In each N cell cage the sum of the digits modulo N must be equal to the number given in the top left.

In other words, the sum of all the digits in cage can be represented as N*k+c, where N - number of cells inside the cage, k - integer, c - clue given in the top left. For example a 3 cell cage with 0 as the clue could be 1, 2, 3 or 3, 6, 9 etc.
Note: the cages are cosmetic, so f-puzzles won't scream at you if your math bad.

It was awesome to go through your entire catalogue. A journey of fun, novelty, pain and suffering all at the same time :)
