Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the indicated diagonal. Pairs of cells with white dots have consecutive digits, and pairs of cells with black dots have a ratio of 1:2. Negative constraint applies to both, and 1-2 may be with a white or black dot.

What a weird and wonderful puzzle.
Took a while to find the break in, felt like there were not enough restrictions. After that it was smooth sailing. Once you realized that digit Y can go to only certain position, which in turn limits where the next digit can go, suddenly you can almost fill the whole box. Move on to next and soon the whole puzzle is finished. Felt like magic.
Very nice flow and interplay with the constraints. Many thanks for enjoyable puzzle.
