Digits in the cages must sum to the total which appears in the upper left corner or each cage. Digits must all be different, even when crossing the boundaries of boxes.
Digits that lie between white dots must be consecutive and digits that lie between black dots must be a 2/1 ratio. Not all possible dots are shown.
Digits that lie on an arrow must sum to the digit in their respective circles.
Digits that lie between a greater than sign must be lower at the point and higher at the wedge.

Interesting how the 9 cell killer cages played into the solving of the puzzle. I wish I had paid more attention to the cages that did have sums, earlier on ;-)

Why did all comments about flood have been deleted????
~because it was neither helpful nor kind. I posted two puzzles I had been working on for a while. It will likely be weeks before I complete another. The website guidelines say no more than 7 in a week. I have not exceeded that.

f-puzzles link with greater than signs replaced with thermos bc I am noob with f-puzzles. Also you might have to turn off highlight conflict depending on whether f-puzzles assumes negative constraint applies with kropki
