Even Parity Circles Sudoku
Inspiration for this type comes from Old Miles.

Apply classic sudoku rules.
In all cases where in an area of 2x2 exactly two odd and two even digits appear, a circle is placed on the intersection of the grid lines of that area. The digits in the circle have to be placed in that area and they represent the highest and the lowest digit of that area.
Within a 2x2 area digits may repeat.
Solution code: Row 4, followed by column 1.

As easy as it might appear to an experienced solver, as easily one can lose focus between the particular rules and their negative constraints. Nice experience!

@EliasKar: Maybe I should lift the stone I seem to live under and learn how to use those new tools.

@Richard
Regarding this question, removing this rule "The digits in the circle represent the highest and the lowest digit of that area." will not affect the answer, but it will be more difficult, and the "negative restriction" will be more useful.
In particular, the author of this type of prototype is "真笑 (洪卫华)", "米艳明 (Old Miles)" has released more variants, which are shared and posted by bigger to this website.

That idea doesn't come from me. It's from Old Miles. And the original idea comes from another author. That's why the ones I post have weird names. Don't make me post my own puzzle.

Very nice puzzle! Really easy, yet fun. I suggest you provide a link to make it easier for future solvers to play!
