Tic Tac Toe-doku

1. Normal Sudoku Rules apply
2. All Thermometers must increase, starting from the bulb end. Digits cannot be repeated in a thermometer.
3. All the digits in Killer Cages must sum to number in the cage's upper left hand corner. Digits cannot be repeated in a cage.
4. The numbers in green are not significant. They represent the order of play, as I envisioned it, of the Tic Tac Toe game.

1. "X" claims a square by making two crossing thermos across a box.
2. "O" claims a square by having one or more killer cages in a box that (roughly) make the shape of an "O".
3. As you can see, box 5 already has the required Thermos for "X" and a Killer Cage for "O". The winner will of this box will be determined by you, based on which clue(s) you complete first: Complete the Thermos first and "X" wins. Since you cannot complete the Killer Cage in box 5 without also completing the Thermos, it seems fair that this scenario would be a win for "O".
