Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This puzzle was a left-over from the German puzzle competition 2019 (Logic Masters 2019), you can find the competition puzzles here. This puzzle was not included since we already had too many and too difficult puzzles for that round. It was part of round 3 ("Ghost train 2.0") and the only reason that that round included example puzzles with two-digit numbers.

Enter one number from 1 to 25 into every cell. Each region should contain every number from 1 to 25 exactly once. A white dot between two cells means that the numbers have difference 1. A black dot means that the numbers have quotient 2. If there is no dot between two numbers, neither of those apply.
