4-Kropki

Rules:
- Standard Sudoku Rules apply.
- 4-Kropki rules apply: Black dots indicate a ratio of four between two cells. White dots indicate a difference of three between two cells. All possible Kropki dots are given. When both a black and white constraint apply, only the black constraint is notated.
- Killer Cages: The cells in the given cages must sum to the number in the upper left corner of the cage. Digits may repeat within a cage.
This puzzle was inspired by Dolev Sacher's puzzle, "Kropki's Revenge", which was featured in a recent Cracking The Cryptic video titled "Revenge of the Dots". If you are having trouble making progress, checking out the video should give you the boost you need to get started on the right track.

Mistake? There is no way to fill the 12 cage.
