Normal Sudoku rules apply.
If there's a diamond between two horizontally adjacent cells, then the absolute value of their difference is the one greater or one less than the leftmost digit in that row.
If there's a diamond between two vertically adjacent cells, then the absolute value of their difference is one greater or one less than the topmost digit in that column.
All possible diamonds are given, and each diamond behaves independently of the others in its row or column (there are, of course, no differences of 10, 9, or 0, however).
