For those who like minimalistic puzzles.
Standard sudoku rules apply.
Values of cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
All possible black dots are given.
(White kropki dots are not used in this puzzle, so neighboring cells could well be consecutive)
For every digit N in row R, column C, there is also a digit C in row N, column R.
Solution code: row 8 + column 8
