6x6 Sandwiches or Skyscrapers
(Published on 19. December 2020, 02:42 by UnnamedSorcerer)
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Fill each row, column, and region with the digits 1 to 6. Numbers must increase from the bulb end along thermometers. Clues outside the grid indicate either sandwiches or skyscrapers. If there are two clues in a given row or column, and if one clue is a sandwich, then the other must be a skyscraper count, and vice versa.
Sandwiches: Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits between the X and the Y in that row/column, where X and Y are consistent for the whole puzzle.
Skyscrapers: The numbers within the grid represent the heights of skyscrapers. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of visible skyscrapers in that row or column as seen from that vantage point.
