1) Normal sudoku rules apply.
2) Disjoint groups rules apply: Cells that appear in the same position relative to their default regions must not contain the same digit. (For example, if a digit is in the upper left corner of one box, it can not appear in the upper left corner of any other box.)
3) In each cage, the sum of the odd digits equals the sum of the even digits. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
4) Along thermometer shapes, digits must increase from the bulb end. In addition, digits on a self-intersecting thermometer must follow the cage rule as well: The sum of the odd digits equals the sum of the even digits.
