Difference Slingshot Sudoku

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

An arrow in a frame indicates that the absolute difference of the digits in the frame on the side of the arrow is projected at a distance of N cells in the direction of the arrow, where N is the absolute difference of the digits in the arrow's own frame.

Some possible arrows are not given.
