11 and change Sudoku

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
A dot between two cells indicates that their digits add up to 11.
All the possible dots are given.
A cell with lines contains the absolute difference of the sums of the two digits in the directions of the lines.
e.g. 7 in r4c7 is the absolute difference between (r4c5 + r4c6) and (r5c7 + r6c7).
Some possible lines are omitted.
