Nice. But I think it's better to say "Digits can NOT repeat on marked diagonals." (or 'on these'), because it's not true for all diagonals in the grid.

@cdwg2000, I had a couple of top setters test this puzzle and they needed the hint, so I put it in. Not to mention it seems the community thinks it's 3 stars. So...
