11x11 Mystery Sandwiches or X-Sums
(Published on 8. December 2020, 20:49 by UnnamedSorcerer)
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Fill each row, column, and region with the numbers 1 to 11. A prime number cannot be placed in a cell that is within a King's or Knight's move (in chess) of that same prime number. Numbers must increase from the bulb end along thermometers. Clues outside the grid indicate either sandwiches or X-Sums. If there are two clues in a given row or column, and if one clue is a sandwich, then the other must be an X-Sum, and vice versa.
X-Sums: the sum of the first X cells in the row/column from that direction, where X is the first number in the row/column.
Sandwiches: Clues outside the grid show the sum of the numbers between the Y and the Z in that row/column, where Y and Z are consistent for the whole puzzle.

Nice. thanks. (Should have paid more attention to the negative constraint anti king and knight - only for primes!)

Great puzzle! Very intricate, yet never too hard to find the next place to make progress.
