Repeating Set

The same set of digits must appear on all lines, but not necessarily in the same order.
The sum of the digits in cages must be the same for all cages. There is nothing preventing repeating digits in cages except normal Sudoku rules.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Rollo, there is no rule preventing digits from repeating in cages.

There must be a bug. Or is it possible to repear the digit R6C2 in the cage?
