RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
Nonconsecutive sudoku rules apply. Orthogonally adjacent cells must not contain consecutive numbers.
The black dots represent a 2:1 ratio between the two cells they connect. Not all possible black dots are present.
The grey square is an even number.
