Chaos is a ladder

- Normal Standard Sudoku rules apply.
- Outlined regions are cages. The sum of digits in a cage is given in the top-left and digits cannot repeat.
- Kropki: Black dots mean that the ratio of the cells connected is 2 (example: 8 and 4 or 3 and 6). Not all dots are given (ie No negative constraint)
- There are some inequality signs in the grid. The pointy end of an inequality sign represents the lower digit between the 2 digits connected by that sign.

When I saw your puzzle , I just had to solve it. Your advice about the inequality sign,,stick em with the pointy end helped me break through the wall battling white knuckled walking step by step to the end of the Game. At least it didn't drag-on for hours like some puzzles
PS. I'm also a fan Can you tell?

I haven't tried this yet, but from first glance it reminds of my Juggling with the Twins partial killer (id=0004ET). I can't wait to try this one later on!
