Stairway Sudoku (Killer - Diagonal Constraint)

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits must not repeat on the positive diagonal. Cells of the same color indicate repeating digits. Digits in cages add up to the number in the upper left corner. In cages with no given total, the sum of the containing odd digits must equal the sum of the containing even digits. Numbers must not be repeated in either type of cage.
