Parity Stripe Sudoku

Rules
- Standard sudoku and kropki rules apply
- Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9
- White dots indicate pairs of cells that differ by 1
- Black dots indicate pairs of cells in a ratio of 2:1
- If an arrow appears beside a row or column, then starting with the first cell next to it and moving in its direction, the cells will alternate odd/even parity for a number of cells equal to the number in the first cell (and no more). See examples below.
- All possible arrows are given (there is a negative constraint). Not all dots are given.
